Patients treated
I have years of experience in the world of sports, both as a competitor representing Team GB and as a physiotherapist at national and international events. I have honed my skills in treating a wide range of injuries
My primary focus is on musculoskeletal injuries, whether they occur in everyday life or during sports activities. I have been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of patients; from Olympians to weekend warriors, paediatric conditions to elderly conditions and your lower back pain from too much sitting at an office desk to people suffering with knee pain whilst doing everyday activities.
As a physiotherapist, I approach every patient holistically. My goal is not only to address the injury or condition but also to understand the underlying factors that may contribute to the problem.
My journey as a physiotherapist has also presented me with incredible opportunities to work on exciting projects and tours. I was part of the medical team for the Red Bull University Cricket World Champs in the UK in 2014, provided medical support during the Worlds Strongest Man event in Botswana in 2017, worked on Harry’s Heroes in the UK in 2018 and other TV projects too.
I also served as the head physiotherapist for three international tours of CATS, the musical, working closely with performers, dancers, and singers. I have been a part of the LET and LPGA Tours for three years, covering events in Morocco and across Asia. Recently I have been lucky enough to be a part of the physiotherapy team on the movie: Matilda the Musical and currently providing physio provision for a new world tour of Love Never Dies.
Through a thorough assessment and tailored management, I aim to facilitate a swift and safe recovery, enabling you to resume your normal life and/or sports activities with confidence.
