Sports Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapy is the assessing, diagnosing and treatment of injuries with the primary focus of returning you to your sport using sport specific exercises set for you and your sport

The biggest difference between MSK Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy, is that the latter specialises in getting you back to sport as quickly and safely as possible. This requires the physiotherapist to have understanding of the biomechanics of your sport to create advanced and individualised rehab program. NKS Physio has worked with 27+ sports at amateur, professional and Olympics levels, as well as working with world class dancers and performers, giving us great knowledge of the biomechanics for those sports, making our sports physiotherapy service quite unique.
